Product Marketing Manager, Futures and Derivatives
Bitbns is scaling the product marketing org to match our increasing depth and breadth of products. As the product marketing manager for derivatives products, you’ll be responsible for making the value propositions for these advanced trading strategies to our traders and driving the adoption among them. In this highly collaborative role you’ll partner closely with product managers, growth marketers, content writers and designers to work on new listings for Futures contracts. You’ll need to deeply understand the in-product workflows and cross-surface messaging that support new and existing clients in successfully trading futures and derivatives.
What You’ll Do
Develop strategies for new and existing users to trade futures and options
Create dashboards working with backend for tracking critical metrics
Plan and execute go to market for new products and features by framing the value proposition, messaging and do it across different regions
Create an intel on competing products and marketing, sumamrise what’s working well and what’s now and how can we differentiate, what makes a user sticky on a platform and what causes a long term retained user and what causes a user to drop off and work on improving these metrics on a month on month basis
Make data driven decisions when framing hypothesis, determining product market fit, evaluating campaign performance and setting gials
Who You Are
You have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing in a fintech, tradefi or crypto
You are familiar with crypto derivatives and have deep understanding of the value prop of derivatives and the unique regulatory characteristics that shape go to market and client engagement.
You’re a concise speaker, storyteller and writer: you can slice, dice, and distill a narrative from a complex data set into an executive summary
You are data driven and consistently rely on metrics and speaking with end users to distill insights
