Local Traders is a fast-growing start-up in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space and we are looking for a P2P Dispute Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in dispute resolution, with a strong understanding of P2P transactions and the challenges associated with them. Prior experience as a P2P merchant, expert trader or vendor is highly preferable.

This is a long-term contract position, with a minimum of 6 months, and offers a competitive salary package and equity in the form of LCT tokens. You will have the opportunity to work with an international team, in a flat organization structure, with flexible working hours and casual work attire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve disputes arising from P2P transactions on our platform.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving disputes and communicating with all parties involved.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices in P2P dispute resolution.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and standards for P2P dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure that all disputes are thoroughly investigated and resolved in a manner that protects the security and privacy of our users.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispute resolution, with a focus on P2P transactions. Prior experience as a P2P merchant, expert trader or vendor is highly preferable.
• A Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of P2P transactions, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and mediate disputes effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions to disputes.
• Prior experience in P2P dispute resolution is highly desirable.
