Your tasks:

Phase 1: Business development, active development and implementation of a targeted sales strategy for

Phase 2: Active sales, identification and qualification of leads, successful completion of deals and building and maintaining customer relationships through targeted communication and interaction.

Working closely with developers, product managers and the marketing team to collect feedback from customers and build and continuously improve

Building relationships, both internally and with relevant multipliers, to test and try out innovative product ideas.

Participation in events, fairs and conferences in Europe to strengthen our presence in the Web3 and blockchain community and to expand our network.

Your qualifications:

Many years of experience in the development, analysis and successful implementation of sales.

Ability to successfully build repeatable sales processes and train other employees in them.

In-depth expertise in corporate finance.

Experience in setting up and analyzing sales funnels and reports.

Ideally, you have already gained experience at a VC and/or Web3 startup.

Enthusiasm for progress, result orientation and passion for the growth of companies and software products in the early stages.

Interested in blockchain technology.

Ability to work independently and at the same time act in a team environment.

Ambition and flexibility to get ahead in our fast-paced environment.

Quick learner, good self-management, discipline and motivation to achieve goals with commitment.

Strong hands-on mentality and pragmatism to act effectively even in challenging situations.

Excellent persuasiveness to get others excited about your ideas and convincingly present your point of view

Strong personality and solid communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
