💻 About the role

As a Head of Developer Experience you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that engage and support developers, drive developer adoption of our products and technologies, and foster a vibrant developer ecosystem around our company. You will ensure our developers have the best possible experience when implementing Safe{Core}.

🗃️ What you will be doing

  • Define the strategy for how developers discover, onboard, build, and scale applications on top of Safe{Core}
  • Coordinate Safe Core event participations in collaboration with events team
  • Support developer initiatives such as hackathons, grants program and accelerators
  • Ensure that product requirements from developers are reaching the internal development teams
  • Streamline how we roll out new developer features/products and changes to the community
  • Coordinate generation of technical content such as developer documentation, technical blog posts and educational material
  • Engage with developers, improve developer satisfaction and grow the developer community

🎒 What you will bring

  • Strong technical background with a broad understanding of web technologies, smart contract development and Python
  • At least 2-3 years leading a developer experience or developer relations team in Web3
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with developers and their communities as a developer advocate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful developer programs and initiatives
  • Knowledge of best practices for developer documentation
